    AI Analysis

    Comprehensive evaluation of the token

Rivalz Network (RIZ) is an AI and DePIN data-infrastructure project evaluated across six core dimensions. Data gap: Community Support scored -1.0 due to a lack of verifiable social and forum engagement data, and its weight was proportionally redistributed across the remaining five categories. Active Development (5.0/10) reflects active documentation updates and roadmap execution following its February 2025 TGE, though verifiable engineering activity metrics remain limited. Tokenomics (4.8/10) is constrained by conflicting third-party supply figures (1B vs. 5B), substantial insider allocations, and emission dependency, despite staking and buy-back mechanisms. Market and Use Case (1.5/10) is a major weakness, reflecting extreme micro-cap status ($60K–$270K market cap), fragmented liquidity, and low rankings. Team and Governance (5.5/10) features public leadership and a clean operational record, offset by centralized governance. Security and Audit History (4.5/10) shows a March 2025 CertiK audit without hacks or exploits, but notes high holder concentration (86.44%) and proxy/tax centralization risks. No qualifying red-flag events were established.

    About Rivalz Network (RIZ)

Rivalz Network (RIZ) is an artificial intelligence (AI) and decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) data-infrastructure project. Following its token generation event (TGE) in February 2025, the project deployed smart contracts across multiple networks, including Base, Ethereum, Solana, and Arbitrum. The network provides an operational data infrastructure alongside AI agent loyalty mechanisms, a dedicated staking platform, and governance features. The protocol design also includes an intended mechanism to allocate 30% of protocol revenue toward a token buy-back program.

The project is led by a publicly named leadership team comprising CEO Igor Kolpakov, CTO Kelvin Thái, and CMO Adam Gourmane. However, on-chain governance remains largely centralized rather than executed through an active decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), and independent verification of executive credentials and historical funding records remains limited.

Rivalz Network operates as an extreme micro-cap asset with fragmented liquidity and has experienced severe market value deterioration. Smart contract security evaluation via a March 2025 CertiK audit revealed centralization risks, including an acknowledged proxy contract design, modifiable tax capabilities, and an 86.44% major holder concentration ratio. Additionally, public data exhibits discrepancies regarding its maximum supply, with trackers reporting figures between 1 billion and 5 billion tokens, of which roughly half is designated for insiders, treasury, and strategic allocations.
