    AI Analysis

    Comprehensive evaluation of the token

KOX (Coca-Cola xStock) represents a tokenized equity product tracking The Coca-Cola Company (KO) across multiple blockchains. While the token benefits from the institutional stability and corporate longevity of its underlying equity asset, the on-chain wrapper exhibits substantial structural limitations. The product operates with a virtually non-existent community footprint (1.0/10), very thin on-chain liquidity, and an absence of formal smart contract audits or published reserve attestations. Furthermore, token holders hold no shareholder governance or legal voting rights. No token-level exploits, depegs, or regulatory enforcement actions were identified, leaving the incident history clean despite contextual cyber incidents at the underlying corporate entity. The weighted average score reflects a functional but centralized and thinly adopted RWA instrument.

    About Coca-Cola xStock (KOX)

KOX (Coca-Cola xStock) is a real-world asset (RWA) tokenized equity product designed to provide on-chain price exposure to shares of The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO). Issued under the xStocks framework, the token is backed 1:1 by underlying shares held by a regulated custodian and operates across multiple blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Arbitrum One, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Mantle, and The Open Network (TON).

The asset operates with an elastic supply mechanism without programmatic token emissions or vesting schedules. KOX utilizes a centralized issuance structure where token holders receive no legal ownership, voting rights, or corporate governance participation in The Coca-Cola Company. The product maintains a minimal community footprint and low market adoption, characterized by thin on-chain liquidity, low daily trading volumes, and a circulating market capitalization under $1 million. In addition, the token infrastructure lacks published smart contract security audits and verified reserve attestation reports.

While KOX has experienced no smart contract exploits, depegs, delistings, or specific regulatory enforcement actions, the underlying equity issuer has been subject to several corporate cybersecurity incidents. These events include an April 2022 data breach claimed by the Stormous group involving approximately 161GB of data, a May 2025 data leak by the Everest ransomware group following an extortion attempt, and a July 2026 Anubis ransomware attack against Coca-Cola's Fairlife subsidiary that encrypted approximately 1TB of data and resulted in a temporary operational disruption.
