Comprehensive evaluation of the token
KittenSwap (KITTEN) is a ve(3,3) decentralized exchange built on Hyperliquid's HyperEVM utilizing Algebra concentrated-liquidity infrastructure. Active development is positive, with a functioning protocol, roadmap execution, and three completed audits by Pashov Audit Group covering its core smart contracts. However, the project is significantly constrained by micro-cap market fundamentals ($380K-$556K market cap and weak trading volume), declining TVL, an anonymous founding team, and an inflationary tokenomics model with an unlimited maximum supply. No qualifying red-flag events, security exploits, or fraud indicators were identified in the evaluation. The overall score of 4.65 is the exact weighted average across all six sections.

About Kittenswap (KITTEN)
KittenSwap (KITTEN) is a ve(3,3) decentralized exchange and liquidity hub operating on Hyperliquid's HyperEVM network. Founded by an anonymous developer known as shinji2048, the protocol integrates Algebra Finance's concentrated-liquidity automated market maker (AMM) infrastructure. The KITTEN token serves as the protocol's utility and governance asset, which users can lock for up to two years into veKITTEN to participate in on-chain gauge voting and earn protocol bribes and dynamic trading fees.
The protocol launched without venture capital funding, utilizing a fair launch model that allocated 35% of its supply to a community airdrop. KITTEN features an inflationary tokenomics design with an unlimited maximum supply. Protocol emissions have experienced temporary pauses pending codebase migrations, and components such as the xKITTEN token mechanism and full Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) treasury controls remain incomplete or partially documented.
From a security perspective, KittenSwap has undergone three audit reviews by Pashov Audit Group between May and July 2025 covering its core contracts, while its underlying AMM relies on Algebra's pre-audited codebase. Although no executed security exploits, hacks, or financial losses have been recorded, the July 2025 audit of the protocol's v2 contracts identified 27 issues, including a theoretical drain vulnerability in killed gauge distributions that required subsequent remediation commits. The protocol operates at a micro-cap scale with constrained trading liquidity, an anonymous team structure, and an unconfirmed transfer of proxy contract ownership to a timelock controller.
