Comprehensive evaluation of the token
Gravity (G) is the native Layer 1 gas and utility token for the Galxe ecosystem, resulting from the token migration from GAL. The project demonstrates strong active development (8.0/10) following its transition to a standalone L1 mainnet, active GitHub repositories, and regular SDK releases. However, community engagement (5.5/10), tokenomics clarity (5.5/10), and market traction (5.5/10) remain middling due to missing granular supply metrics, unverified vesting details, and modest market liquidity within a competitive interoperability landscape. Team and governance (6.5/10) reflect an established parent ecosystem with off-chain Snapshot voting. Security history (6.0/10) confirms a clean failure track record with no exploits, though third-party formal audit coverage remains limited. With no qualifying red-flag events, the overall evaluation is mathematically derived from the weighted average of the section scores.

About Gravity (by Galxe) (G)
Gravity (G) is the native utility, governance, and gas token of the Gravity blockchain and Galxe ecosystem, which migrated from the previous GAL token in July 2024 at a 1:60 ratio following community governance proposals GP-25 and GP-30. Developed by Galxe to support its user and brand ecosystem, the project executed a protocol transition from a Layer 2 rollup to a standalone Layer 1 mainnet in July 2026. The token is deployed across multiple networks, including Ethereum as an ERC-20 contract, Base, BNB Smart Chain, and the native Gravity chain.
The G token serves multiple functions across the Galxe ecosystem, including the payment of transaction gas fees on the Gravity network, staking, ecosystem payments, and governance voting conducted off-chain via Snapshot. Core technical development is maintained through public repositories, regular SDK releases, and developer tooling, including internal automated security analysis frameworks.
From a market and operational standpoint, the token has experienced a significant price drawdown from its all-time high and exhibits modest trading liquidity in a competitive chain-abstraction landscape. Key informational risks include unverified circulating and total supply details, as well as a lack of publicly documented vesting and token unlock schedules. Additionally, while the token has experienced no direct protocol hacks or security breaches, independent third-party security audit reports from recognized audit firms are not publicly verified in available sources, and developer activity within community governance forums remains limited.
