    AI Analysis

    Comprehensive evaluation of the token

Vultisig (VULT) is a multi-chain seedless MPC/TSS wallet project led by members of the original THORChain founding team and backed by institutional investors like Delphi Ventures. The project demonstrates strong active development (score: 8.0/10) with continuous shipping across SDKs, desktop releases, and an audit by Trail of Bits in 2024 for its DKLS23 threshold signature protocol (Security: 6.5/10; Team & Governance: 6.5/10). However, the project faces notable headwinds in market adoption and token structure. Market traction is low, characterized by thin daily trading volume under $50K and a ~94% drawdown from its all-time high (Market: 3.5/10). Furthermore, Tokenomics (4.5/10) reflects structural weaknesses including heavy insider token allocations, investor unlocks at TGE, and an undefined long-term distribution model for buybacks. Community support remains moderate (5.0/10) with verified holder counts but limited visible engagement data. No qualifying red-flag events or fraudulent mechanics were detected.

    About Vultisig (VULT)

Vultisig (VULT) is the native utility and governance token for Vultisig, a non-custodial multi-chain wallet platform that utilizes seedless multi-party computation (MPC) and threshold signature schemes (TSS). Built on the DKLS23 protocol—which was audited by Trail of Bits in 2024—the wallet eliminates single-device points of failure by distributing key generation. The project was developed by members of the original THORChain founding team, led by Founder and CEO Marcel Harmann, and raised $8.6 million in funding from investors including Delphi Ventures and AGE Crypto.

Issued as an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain, VULT has a capped total supply of 100,000,000 tokens. Its core functionality includes tier-based swap fee reductions ranging from 20% to 100%, access to premium marketplace plugins, and future governance rights. The protocol also incorporates a revenue buyback model where fees generated by wallet operations are used to purchase VULT tokens on the open market.

Vultisig faces several market and structural challenges. The token has experienced a substantial price decline, dropping approximately 94% from its all-time high of $1.24, alongside low daily trading volume below $50,000. Additionally, tokenomics evaluations highlight risks related to high insider token allocations ranging between 54% and 72%, investor tokens that were fully unlocked at the token generation event, and an undefined distribution mechanism for buyback tokens that are held rather than burned. Governance currently remains foundation-led while plans to transition to a decentralized staking model are pending implementation.
