    AI Analysis

    Comprehensive evaluation of the token

VLR (Velora), the token resulting from the rebranding and migration of the ParaSwap protocol, presents solid technical development and foundational governance offset by weak on-chain activity and data discrepancies. Active Development scores well (7.0/10) with major smart-contract router upgrades (Augustus v6.2) and active SDK maintenance. Team and Governance (7.0/10) benefits from a known founder (Mounir Benchemled) and active DAO governance, though with insider token concentration. Security (6.0/10) notes external audit coverage and no on-chain exploits, but is burdened by an npm supply-chain compromise of the developer SDK package. Community Support (4.5/10) is constrained by a small holder base (~1,525 on Ethereum) and dormant trading volume, while Tokenomics (5.5/10) exhibits source data discrepancies regarding circulating supply. A data gap was identified in Market and Use Case (-1.0), which was excluded from the weighted score calculation. No qualifying red-flag events requiring an overall cap were identified.

    About Velora (VLR)

Velora (VLR) is a cross-chain decentralized finance (DeFi) aggregator token that migrated from the legacy ParaSwap (PSP) token at a 1:1 ratio on September 16, 2025. Deployed across Ethereum, Base, BNB Smart Chain, and Optimism, the token supports the rebranded Velora aggregation protocol and its Augustus smart contract routing system. VLR is utilized for decentralized governance, cross-chain order routing, and staking, where protocol revenue is distributed under an 80/20 split between stakers and the DAO treasury.

The project was founded by Mounir Benchemled and operates under a governance model known as Project Miró. The token has a capped total supply of 2 billion units. Based on legacy distribution data, token allocations include approximately 17.6% to 17.9% for the core team and insiders, alongside allocations for private sales, liquidity farming, ecosystem reserves, and airdrops, though public market sources reflect conflicting reporting regarding current circulating supply figures.

While Velora's Augustus v6.1 and v6.2 smart contracts maintain documented audit reviews and have experienced no on-chain security exploits, the project was impacted by an npm supply-chain compromise. In this incident, a malicious version (9.4.1) of the official @velora-dex/sdk developer package was published containing a macOS backdoor, though it did not result in losses from on-chain protocol contracts. Additionally, the token currently exhibits a concentrated holder base and low on-chain decentralized exchange trading volume.
