    AI Analysis

    Comprehensive evaluation of the token

VEUR (VNX Euro) is a euro-referenced stablecoin issued by Liechtenstein-regulated VNX Commodities AG. While the issuer maintains a public, credentialed leadership team and regulatory registration under the Liechtenstein Blockchain Act with no history of exploits or security breaches, the token is undergoing a formal wind-down. Active Development could not be scored (-1.0) due to data gaps resulting from project termination and cessation of platform operations in mid-2026. Across active metrics, VEUR exhibits an extremely thin community footprint (only 41 holders), negligible daily trading volume, a fragmented multichain presence, and peg deviations. Because VNX Commodities AG has formally deprecated the asset and suspended exchange services, holding or trading the token carries terminal structural risks.

    About VNX EURO (VEUR)

VEUR (VNX Euro) is a deprecated euro-referenced stablecoin issued by Liechtenstein-based VNX Commodities AG that is undergoing a formal wind-down. Registered under the Liechtenstein Blockchain Act with the Financial Market Authority (FMA), VEUR was created as a centralized digital euro asset deployed across multiple blockchain networks, including Ethereum-compatible networks, Arbitrum, Solana, Tezos, Stellar, XRP Ledger, and the Internet Computer. The issuer is led by CEO Alexander Tkachenko and CTO Eugene Gavrilov, who maintain centralized administrative control over the token without a decentralized autonomous organization or community voting mechanism.

Launched in November 2022 as part of VNX's fiat-referenced token line, VEUR operates with an elastic supply backed by reserves managed by the issuer. The collateralization framework relies on backing structures that include the issuer's tokenized gold asset (VNXAU) rather than segregated cash reserves alone. A smart contract audit was conducted by SEDAN in partnership with the University of Luxembourg's Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT), though published documentation primarily focused on VNX's commodity token contract architecture.

VEUR is in active termination after VNX Commodities AG formally deprecated the asset and initiated a project wind-down. The issuer scheduled the suspension of exchange services, setting a deadline for holders to manage their balances by May 22, 2026, prior to the full suspension of platform exchange operations on June 30, 2026. On-chain adoption remains constrained, marked by a market capitalization of roughly $2.88 million, approximately 41 holders across monitored networks, negligible daily trading volume, and peg deviations from par.
