    AI Analysis

    Comprehensive evaluation of the token

The overall assessment for Arbitrove Protocol (TROVE) reflects a project that is functionally dormant and exhibiting characteristics of a zombie asset. Across all evaluated dimensions, TROVE shows severe weaknesses: development activity is categorized as inactive with zero recent commits, changelogs, or governance updates; community engagement has collapsed to near-zero activity with 24-hour trading volumes dropping to negligible levels (under $2 daily); tokenomics suffer from heavy historical overhang via non-transferable esTROVE without active deflationary support; and governance remains opaque under an anonymous team ('Nitro Cartel' / 'Wilbur') with no recorded active DAO proposals. While a historical Hacken audit resolved critical technical issues and no protocol exploits, hacks, or legal enforcement actions were identified, the asset has experienced an unrecovered ~95-98% price collapse and virtually exhausted market liquidity. No qualifying red-flag cap is triggered as no catastrophic exploit or regulatory action was recorded, but the baseline scores reflect extreme project degradation.

    About Arbitrove Governance Token (TROVE)

Arbitrove Governance Token (TROVE) is the governance token for the Arbitrove Protocol, a yield aggregation platform operating on the Arbitrum One network. Developed in association with the pseudonymous group Nitro Cartel, TROVE was designed to facilitate protocol governance and potential fee-sharing decisions, which remain contingent on decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) votes. The token has a maximum supply capped at 1 billion units, with approximately 70% initially allocated as non-transferable esTROVE subject to a one-year linear vesting schedule.

The protocol's smart contracts underwent a third-party security audit by Hacken in May 2023, which identified 60 total issues—including two critical and nine high-severity findings—of which 58 were resolved and two were mitigated. No protocol exploits, security hacks, or formal regulatory enforcement actions have been documented for the project.

Despite having completed an audit, Arbitrove Protocol demonstrates significant signs of inactivity and dormancy. Development activity has ceased with no recent code releases, changelogs, or governance proposals recorded. Market engagement has largely deteriorated, characterized by negligible daily trading volumes and an unrecovered price crash of approximately 95% to 98% from its February 2023 peak of $0.05248. The core team remains pseudonymous under the moniker Wilbur and Nitro Cartel, offering limited public accountability.
