    AI Analysis

    Comprehensive evaluation of the token

RED (RedStone) is a decentralized modular oracle network providing price feeds across multiple blockchains. The project demonstrates strong security practices (Score: 8.0/10) with audits from firms including ABDK, Cantina, BitsLab, and Hacken, an active bug bounty program, and no recorded exploits or regulatory issues. The leadership team is public and identifiable (Score: 6.5/10). However, the protocol faces key headwinds: development recency metrics are limited (Score: 5.5/10), organic community engagement is modest with a small holder base of ~10.4K-11K (Score: 4.0/10), and tokenomics feature high insider concentration exceeding 51% with utility largely restricted to governance (Score: 5.5/10). In the market (Score: 6.8/10), RedStone competes against entrenched oracle incumbents like Chainlink and Pyth, and the token has suffered an ~87-92% drawdown from its March 2025 peak. No qualifying red-flag events were identified.

    About RedStone (RED)

RED is the native token of RedStone, a decentralized modular oracle network that provides data feeds and off-chain pricing information for decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and institutional applications. Originally deployed as an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain, the project has also expanded to networks such as Base and Solana. RedStone is led by founder Jakub Wojciechowski, co-founders Alex Suvorov and Marcin Kazmierczak, and Head of Business Development Matt Gurbiel.

The protocol's technical implementation spans several programming languages, including Rust, TypeScript, Solidity, Go, and JavaScript. RedStone maintains an external security and audit program, with historical evaluations conducted by firms such as AuditOne, ABDK, Cantina (Spearbit), BitsLab, and Hacken, in addition to a bug bounty program. The RED token has a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 units, with utility primarily structured around network participation and protocol governance.

The project faces operational and market challenges, including strong competition in the oracle sector from established networks like Chainlink and Pyth Network. RedStone's tokenomics reflect significant insider concentration, with early backers and core contributors allocated more than 51% of the total token supply. Additionally, the token has a modest holder base of approximately 10,400 to 11,000 addresses and experienced an 87% to 92% price drawdown from its March 2025 all-time high.
