Comprehensive evaluation of the token
Plugin (PLI) is a decentralized oracle platform deployed on the XDC Network. Active development is ongoing with node upgrades (Plugin 2.4) and forward roadmaps, though engineering transparency via GitHub and independent technical changelogs is limited. The token suffers from severe market-side and tokenomic risks: only ~17% of its 500 million supply is circulating without clear vesting schedules, and the asset exhibits micro-cap illiquidity with near-zero daily trading volume and a 90%+ drawdown from all-time highs. On security, PLI possesses a CertiK audit (Skynet score 83.18 A), but lacks bug bounties and team KYC verification. Note that a data gap exists for Community Support (-1.0), as search retrieval did not yield relevant community metrics; its weight was redistributed across the remaining five sections. No qualifying red-flag exploit, hostile delisting, or regulatory action was identified.

About Plugin (PLI)
Plugin (PLI) is a decentralized oracle platform built on the XDC Network. Developed as a fork of Chainlink's architecture, the protocol is designed to provide smart contracts on the XDC Network with secure access to off-chain data feeds and external APIs. Within the network, the PLI token functions as a utility asset used for paying oracle node operators for data retrieval services and as a staking mechanism to secure oracle feeds.
The project operates with a hard-capped maximum supply of 500,000,000 PLI and no protocol-level inflation. Protocol development has included the release of the Plugin 2.4 upgrade, a roadmap targeting milestones through 2026, and mainnet node expansions transitioning Standby Nodes to Standard Nodes. From a security perspective, Plugin has completed a smart contract audit with CertiK, earning a Skynet score of 83.18 (A rating).
Despite ongoing development, Plugin faces substantial tokenomic, market, and structural risks. Approximately 17% (85,070,000 PLI) of the total token supply is in circulation, leaving an 83% dilution overhang without publicly documented vesting or unlock schedules. The token has experienced a severe price crash, sustaining a 92% to 99% drawdown from its all-time high and trading at micro-cap levels with negligible daily volume. Additionally, the project lacks an active bug bounty program, operates with an anonymous and non-KYC-verified team, and has limited public code repository activity.
