    AI Analysis

    Comprehensive evaluation of the token

Guru Network (GURU) exhibits severe weaknesses across almost all evaluation pillars, resulting in an overall score of 2.9/10. Active development shows minimal forward shipping, with the project largely operating in maintenance mode following testnet infrastructure recovery. Community engagement and governance participation are near-dormant, characterized by a small, contracting holder base and an absence of recent governance proposals. The tokenomics model is marked by high opacity, missing vesting/emission schedules, and a large 45% supply overhang alongside an extreme collapse in valuation. In the market domain, GURU faces critical illiquidity, generating negligible 24-hour trading volume ($24 to $176) after an approximate 99.9% drawdown from its peak. On the security side, there is no record of third-party smart contract audits or formal KYC verification, though no protocol-level hacks or regulatory enforcements were identified. The single relative strength is a publicly known leadership team with historical development experience from DexGuru, but governance remains aspirational and centralized. With no data gaps across the six sections, the weighted average score mathematically reflects these compounding operational and liquidity risks.

    About Guru Network (GURU)

Guru Network (GURU) is an artificial intelligence workflow orchestration network designed as a Layer 3 system on Base, utilizing an ERC-20 token. Developed by the team behind the DexGuru trading terminal, including founder and CEO Evgeny Vakhteev and advisor Nick Sawinyh, the platform aims to coordinate AI agent tasks and execution flows across decentralized environments.

The GURU token has a total supply of 1 billion tokens and a circulating supply of approximately 550 million, creating a 45% uncirculated supply overhang. A 20% share of the allocation was designated for Season 1–5 Pass holders following a Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (LBP) on Fjord Foundry. However, detailed emission schedules, token allocation breakdowns, and vesting timelines remain largely undocumented. Governance operates primarily through basic GitHub frameworks rather than active on-chain decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) execution.

The project faces significant liquidity constraints and operational hurdles. GURU has experienced a market drawdown of approximately 99.9% from its all-time high of $0.1093, resulting in daily trading volumes under $200 and a heavily reduced market capitalization. In October 2025, the project reported a testnet RPC infrastructure outage, which required a technical recovery plan. Furthermore, Guru Network has not completed third-party smart contract security audits or formal team KYC verification on tracking platforms, while development activity remains limited to testnet maintenance.
