The Green (GREEN) project is assessed as a critical investment hazard with a near-zero viability rating due to severe regulatory, operational, and technical failures. The project is currently the subject of a major SEC lawsuit alleging an $18 million fraud, specifically claiming that the underlying 'Green Blockchain' and mining hardware were fabricated to deceive investors. Consequently, Active Development receives a zero score as public repositories have been abandoned since 2021. Tokenomics and Market Use Case scores are negligible because the token supply was allegedly centrally manipulated rather than mined, and the proposed utility lacks a functional decentralized infrastructure.
