    AI Analysis

    Comprehensive evaluation of the token

GLMR (Moonbeam) has undergone a catastrophic decline and fundamental structural transformation. The original Polkadot parachain permanently halted block production on July 31, 2026, and migrated to Coinbase's Base network as an ERC-20 token with a pivot toward AI agent infrastructure. The original native parachain is now defunct, resulting in data gaps (scores of -1.0) for both Active Development and Community Support on the original network. Across the remaining evaluated dimensions, the project exhibits severe distress: TVL has collapsed from over $275M to under $2M, the token has experienced an unrecovered drawdown exceeding 99.9% from its all-time high, and Binance has placed GLMR under a Monitoring Tag. Although historical runtime audits were conducted by SRLabs, the ecosystem suffered from the ~$190M Nomad Bridge exploit, a Three Arrows Capital counterparty default, and severe ongoing token emission dilution. Due to the deprecation and shutdown of the original Polkadot parachain alongside the migration to Base, the original token is obsolete.

    About Moonbeam (GLMR)

Moonbeam (GLMR) is a deprecated token that migrated from its native Polkadot parachain to Coinbase's Base network as an ERC-20 token after the original parachain permanently halted block production on July 31, 2026. Founded by Derek Yoo of PureStake, Moonbeam originally functioned as an EVM-compatible parachain on Polkadot. Following the permanent cessation of block production on its original network, the project transitioned to Base with a functional pivot toward artificial intelligence agent infrastructure.

During its active parachain deployment, Moonbeam's core runtimes were audited across several versions by Security Research Labs (SRLabs), and the protocol operated on-chain governance through Polkadot OpenGov with conviction voting. The token model featured fully vested allocations alongside an inflationary supply mechanism subject to parameter adjustments through governance referendums.

The project has experienced severe operational disruptions and market drawdowns. In May 2022, a critical vulnerability in Moonbeam's precompiled contracts was disclosed and patched, while the ecosystem subsequently suffered from the approximately $190 million Nomad Bridge exploit and a counterparty default by Three Arrows Capital involving 10,000,000 GLMR and 200,000 MOVR. GLMR has experienced an unrecovered price decline exceeding 99.9% from its all-time high, alongside a total value locked reduction from over $275 million to under $2 million. In August 2026, Binance placed GLMR under its Monitoring Tag risk-warning designation.
