Comprehensive evaluation of the token
The evaluation for FIDU is heavily constrained by significant data gaps across four sections: Active Development, Market and Use Case, Team and Governance, and Security and Audit History (all scored -1.0 / Insufficient Data due to name collisions and unverified source data). Only Community Support (2.0/10) and Tokenomics (6.5/10) had sufficient retrievable information for scoring. FIDU functions as Goldfinch's liquidity receipt token on Ethereum representing senior-pool lending shares, with a dynamic mint/burn mechanism tied to loan pool performance and staking yield for GFI. However, community engagement is practically dormant with a small holder base of ~1,700 addresses. No qualifying red-flag exploit or fraud events were affirmatively established. Re-weighting the available sections (Tokenomics at 57.14% and Community Support at 42.86%) yields an overall score of 4.6.

About Fidu (FIDU)
FIDU is an ERC-20 liquidity receipt token for the Goldfinch private-credit protocol, deployed on the Ethereum mainnet. The token represents a liquidity provider's proportional share in Goldfinch's SeniorPool. FIDU utilizes an elastic supply model without a fixed cap, minting dynamically when participants deposit USDC into the pool and burning when capital is withdrawn. Its exchange rate relative to USDC is dictated by a share price mechanism that increases as borrowers make interest repayments and decreases in the event of loan writedowns. In addition to representing lender claims on the pool's assets, the token can be staked to earn GFI yield.
The protocol carries specific operational and governance risks. FIDU's value and liquidity depend directly on off-chain borrower credit performance and real-world debt obligations. From a smart contract perspective, administrative authority is maintained through an OWNER_ROLE parameter, introducing elements of centralized control over contract functions.
On-chain metrics reflect limited and stagnant activity. The token maintains a small and static holder base of approximately 1,700 addresses and an on-chain market capitalization of roughly $3.36 million. Additionally, public engagement and verifiable governance participation remain largely dormant, though the token continues to function in its core capacity without recorded migrations or protocol shutdowns.
