    CESS (Cumulus Encrypted Storage System) is a decentralized cloud data storage network developed using Substrate infrastructure. Co-founded by Nicholas Zaldastani and Joseph Li, the project has received Web3 Foundation grants and participated in the Substrate Builder Program. The network's codebase includes Go and TypeScript software development kits (SDKs), CD2N content delivery network tools, and its Pre-Mainnet Venus+ Testnet.
